#TCCBasketball announces jamboree dates

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (September 9, 2019) – Tallahassee Community College has announced dates for its annual men's and women's basketball jamborees. 

The Eagle men will host the Southeastern Jamboree on Sunday, October 6 while the women will follow suit six days later, welcoming teams for the Southern Challenge Jamboree on Saturday, October 12. 

Both events are scheduled to feature 18 teams, with three games being played simultaneously under the roof of the College's Lifetime Sports Complex. 

In addition to the host Eagles, teams confirmed for the men's jamboree include: Albany (Ga.) Technical College, Coastal Alabama Community College-North, Coastal Alabama Community College-South, College of Central Florida, Florida State College at Jacksonville, Georgia Highlands College, Gordon (Ga.) State College, Gulf Coast State College, Hillsborough Community College, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Northwest Florida State College, Palm Beach State College, Pearl River (Miss.) Community College, Polk State College, Santa Fe College, St. Petersburg College and University of South Carolina-Salkehatchie. 

In addition to Tallahassee, teams confirmed for the women's field include: Bishop (Ala.) State Community College, Chipola College, College of Central Florida, Daytona State College, Eastern Florida State College, Florida SouthWestern State College, Florida State College at Jacksonville, Hillsborough Community College, Indian River State College, Jefferson (Mo.) College, Palm Beach State College, Pensacola State College, Santa Fe College, St. Petersburg College and University of South Carolina-Salkehatchie. 

General admission for both events will be $10.
