#TCCBaseball, #TCCSoftball schedule update

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (February 4, 2016) – Tallahassee Community College has announced the following changes to its baseball and softball schedules as a result of today’s rain. 

Thursday’s baseball and softball games, both against Abraham Baldwin (Ga.) Agricultural College and the scheduled home opener for both teams, have been postponed. 

As a result, baseball’s home opener will take place at 2 p.m. Friday, a doubleheader against Abraham Baldwin. The Eagles will then play East Georgia State College in a doubleheader beginning at 2 p.m. Saturday. All games are part of the TCC Diamond Classic. 

Tallahassee’s softball team has rescheduled Thursday’s doubleheader for Wednesday, February 10 beginning at 2 p.m. The Eagles’ will now play their home opener at 1 p.m. Saturday, a doubleheader against the College of Central Florida. 

In addition to Saturday’s action on the diamonds, Tallahassee Community College will host Pensacola State College in a men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader beginning at 5:30 p.m.

• Friday, February 5: Baseball vs. Abraham Baldwin, 2 p.m.
• Saturday, February 6: Women’s Basketball vs. Pensacola State, 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday, February 6: Men’s Basketball vs. Pensacola State, 7:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, February 10: Softball vs. Abraham Baldwin, 2 p.m.
