Thirty-two student-athletes earn fall academic accolades at TCC

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (February 9, 2015) - During the recently completed Fall 2014 semester at Tallahassee Community College, a total of 32 student-athletes earned honors recognition for their work in the classroom. 

The following student-athletes were named to the President’s List (4.0 GPA): Danielle Ekberg, softball; Alyssa Ferlin, softball; Matt Schaeffer, baseball; Kyle Taddeo, baseball; Karley Yeager, softball. 

The following student-athletes were named to the Dean's List (3.5-3.99 GPA): Aitor Breton, men’s basketball; Alexandra Cook, softball; Gabrielle Decker, softball; D’Arcy Draper, women’s basketball; Taesha DuBoise, softball; Chad Mabini, baseball; Craig Olson, baseball; Cameron Paley, baseball; Mariah Rivera, softball; Taylor Scher, softball; Mac Wilson, baseball. 

The following student-athletes were named to the Honor’s List (3.0-3.49 GPA): Stavian Allen, men’s basketball; Tyler Atwell, baseball; Kayla Boucher, softball; Ethan Crout, baseball; Ben Levine, baseball; Cade Mullins, baseball; Colby Sweat, baseball. 

The following student-athletes received Merit Recognition (students who are in developmental courses and complete a minimum of six hours with a minimum 3.0 GPA): Norbertas Giga, men’s basketball; Julianne Gillo, softball; Jahniece Jaffe, women’s basketball; Jahvaughn Powell, men’s basketball; Jaylene Pryor, softball; Gina Cerezuela Robuste, women’s basketball; Aryn Tarver, women’s basketball; Eboni Watts, women’s basketball; Lawriell Wilson, women’s basketball.
