Eagle women slip to No. 12 in NJCAA rankings

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (January 23, 2015) – Tallahassee Community College slipped two spots to No. 12 in the latest NJCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Poll, released on Thursday. 

The Eagles, who fell 64-58 to then-No. 1 Chipola College in their only game last week, are 18-5 overall and 3-2 in Panhandle Conference play. 

Later last week, Chipola dropped its first game of the season to Northwest Florida State College and subsequently fell out of the No. 1 spot, landing at No. 3 while the win bumped the Raiders up one spot to No. 4. 

In the men’s rankings, Tallahassee remained unranked but continued to receive votes.
