McKnight, Fulton lead six All-PC selections for Eagles
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (May 1, 2015) – Tallahassee Community College's D.J. McKnight and Cody Fulton were named First-team All-Panhandle Conference by the league's baseball coaches.
McKnight and Fulton, both sophomore outfielders, led six all-conference selections for the Eagles. Four other players landed on the second-team – outfielder Geremy Walton, infielder Ethan Crout, catcher Matt Olive and designated hitter Tyler Kinard.
McKnight, a sophomore from Madison, Fla., batted .322 with one home run and a team-high 33 runs scored and 32 RBIs in 46 games. He also led the Eagles with 16 doubles.
Fulton, a sophomore transfer from Davie, Fla., had a team-best .331 batting average with one home run and 23 RBIs in 40 games. He also stole 11 bases and posted a .433 on-base percentage.
Walton, a sophomore from Newnan, Ga., batted .308 with 19 RBIs in 39 games.
Crout, a freshman from Neptune Beach, Fla., batted .324 with 21 RBIs and a team-high 15 stolen bases in 38 games.
Olive, a sophomore from Neptune Beach, Fla., batted .267 with one home run and 12 RBIs in 34 games.
Kinard, a freshman from Niceville, Fla., batted .350 with three home runs and 18 RBIs in 35 games.
