#TCCBaseball rained out, Wild Card race resumes Saturday

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (April 22, 2016) – Friday’s Panhandle Conference baseball game between Tallahassee Community College and Northwest Florida State College, scheduled to take place in Niceville, Fla., has been postponed due to rain.

The game has been rescheduled for Sunday, April 24 at 2 p.m. eastern.

Because of the weather, Saturday’s game at Eagle Field has been pushed back an hour and will start at 3 p.m.

Prior to the game, Tallahassee Community College will recognize its sophomores who are playing their final home game.

Tallahassee (7-11) and Northwest Florida State (7-11) are locked in a third-place tie in the PC standings with two games to play, however, as a result of the head-to-head tie-breaker, the Eagles must sweep the two games to claim the PC’s Wild Card berth.
