TCC Basketball Thanksgiving Classic Capsules
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (November 20, 2012) – Tallahassee Community College's men's and women's basketball teams will host the TCC Basketball Thanksgiving Classic presented by G&G Caribbean Restaurant on Wednesday and Thursday, November 21 and 22 at the Bill Hebrock Eagledome.
The two-day event will feature a total of eight teams – four men, four women - from Florida, Alabama and South Carolina.
Each day's schedule will include four games – an afternoon session beginning at 1 p.m. and an evening session, featuring a Tallahassee doubleheader, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
General admission is $5 daily. TCC students, faculty and staff are admitted free with a valid TCC ID.
On Wednesday, November 21, TCC Athletics is asking fans to support the College's Toys for Tots Campaign. Fans who bring an unwrapped toy to the game will receive free admission.
TCC Athletics will also hand out Chick-fil-A coupons on both days, courtesy of Chick-fil-A stores on West Tennessee Street and North Monroe Street.
