TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (December 14, 2012) – Following a pair of losses at last weekend's Florida College's Men's Basketball Shootout, FCSAA No. 10 Tallahassee Community College (8-4) has a chance to get back on the winning track when it hosts St. Petersburg College at 6 p.m. Friday evening.
The Eagles had their seven-game winning streak snapped last Saturday in a 104-94 loss to State College of Florida. Tallahassee appeared poised to start a new win streak the following day but watched a 19-point, second half lead evaporate in an 87-82 loss to Brevard Community College.
Friday's game against the Titans is the front end of back-to-back home games that will send Tallahassee into a two-week layoff for the holiday break.
The Eagles host Daytona State College at 4 p.m. Saturday.
Both games will be carried live by Panhandle Sports Broadcasting on www.PSBlive.com.
