TCC Basketball takes the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge (with video)

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (August 21, 2014) – With assistance from its women's basketball counterparts, Tallahassee Community College's men's basketball team took the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge on Thursday afternoon.

While afternoon temperatures approached the upper 90s, members of Tallahassee's women's basketball team had the honors of dousing men's head coach Eddie Barnes, his staff and members of the 2014-15 Eagles with buckets of ice water.

As part of the activity, Coach Barnes issued a challenge to the men's basketball teams in the Panhandle Conference. 

TCC Athletics is proud to participate in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge as we collaborate with other individuals, groups, teams and organizations nationwide to raise awareness and funds to help fight this deadly disease.
