BARNESVILLE, Ga. (November 14, 2015) – NJCAA Region 8 No. 5 Tallahassee Community College salvaged a split of its weekend trip to Georgia by downing Gordon (Ga.) State College, 70-64, on day two of the Georgia/Florida Shootout.
Tallahassee returns home with a 5-2 record and will continue its ten-game road trip on Tuesday at Santa Fe College.
On Saturday, all ten players who dressed for the Eagles scored, including two in double-figures. Ryan Johnson led all scorers with 24 points while Rashad Lewis added 12.
The Eagles led 40-31 at the half.
Tuesday's game will tip at 7:30 p.m.
