2017-18 (at Tallahassee): Transferred to Tallahassee from Bethune-Cookman University...ran a 22:29.19 in his first college race, the Cougar XC Challenge (8/25/17), and finished 11th...ran a 21:29.24 at the Big Bend XC Invite (9/2/17)...ran a 22:45 at the Prefontaine Forest Run 5K (9/16/17)...ran a 39:03.5 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (9/23/17)...saw the biggest improvement on the team at the FSU Invitational (10/6/17), shaving more than four minutes from his previous time to run a 34:59.1.

High School: Ran track for 3 years at Crestview High School…Competed in 400M, 800M, and relays…Senior year ran cross country with a PR of 18:41.12...trained under Ernie Martin.
