2019: Placed second at the Big Bend Cross Country Invitational, crossing the stripe in 19:19.60...was the team's second-place finisher at the VSU Border Clash, finishing the 7.25K in 29:47.9...posted a PR in the 8K, running a 32:26.14 to finish sixth at the TCC Eagle Invite...his time of 31:48.0 was an 8K PR at the Willie Laster Invitational, hosted by Albany State, and good for a 20th place finish...finished second on the team at the FSU Invitational, recording a PR of 30:35.8...was the team's top runner at the FCSAA Championships, finishing with 26th with a time of 31:40...ran a 30:39 at the NJCAA Championships.
2018: Made his collegiate debut at the Cougar XC Challenge and posted a 20:29.34...ran a 28:35.1 at the Valdosta State Border Clash...lowered his 5k time by almost two minutes at the UNF Cross Country Invitational, posting a 18:45.89...in his first event at Apalachee Regional Park, clocked a 19:07.80 in the 5k at the TCC Eagle Invite...ran a 32:42.0 8K at the FCSAA Championships, also at the ARP...helped the Eagle men to team honors in the NJCAA Cross Country Coaches Association academic award program and earned all-academic honors from the Panhandle Conference.
High School: Graduate of Wakulla High School where he ran cross country for late head coach Paul Hoover...was Team Captain and received the Coaches Award in 2017.
