TCC opens fall softball schedule this weekend

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (October 2, 2015) – Tallahassee Community College’s fall softball schedule will commence on Saturday when the Eagles host the Jacksonville Select for a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m.

Following Saturday’s games, it’ll be a quick turnaround for the Eagles, who host the West Florida Crush for a 1 p.m. doubleheader on Sunday.

The entirety of the Eagles’ fall schedule will be played in Tallahassee – and all but two games will take place at the TCC Softball Complex.

The Eagles are scheduled to play a pair of games at Florida A&M University on Friday, October 23 – a 3 p.m. game vs. Thomas University followed by a 7 p.m. matchup with the Rattlers.

Tallahassee will host Florida A&M in its fall finale on Wednesday, November 4.

Other fall games are October 14 vs. Tallahassee Merchants, October 18 vs. Jacksonville Storm and October 24 vs. Columbia Crushers.

Tallahassee is coming of a 33-17 record in 2015, a season that ended with a fourth-place finish in the revamped 16-team FCSAA State Tournament.
