PENSACOLA, Fla. (January 19, 2013) – Tallahassee Community College's women's basketball team snapped an 18-game losing streak in Panhandle Conference play, defeating Pensacola State College, 72-58, on Saturday evening.
After playing to a 28-all tie after 20 minutes, Tallahassee outscored Pensacola State 44-30 in the second half to notch its first PC win in almost two years. The Lady Eagles last PC victory came on February 8, 2011, a 69-64 win over Gulf Coast State.
Jeraldine Campbell led all scorers with 20 for Tallahassee. Alexis Grant added 16 and Aariel Allen, 11.
