Former Eagle standout Jasmine Queen signs with Tusculum College

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (July 10, 2015) – Former Tallahassee Community College women’s basketball standout Jasmine Queen has signed a national letter of intent with Tusculum College. 

Queen, a native of Riverview, Fla., played at Florida Atlantic University as a freshman in 2012-13. She eventually transferred to Tallahassee and played in 29 games during the 2013-14 season with the Eagles, averaging 7.0 points and 3.7 rebounds while shooting 47.3 percent from the floor. 

She graduated with honors from TCC in May 2014 and was women’s basketball’s nominee for the College’s female scholar-athlete of the year award. She was also an honor roll student at TCC and earned All-Academic honors from the Panhandle Conference in 2014. 

Tusculum, located in Greeneville, Tenn., is an NCAA Division II school who competes in the South Atlantic Conference.
