TCC Women’s Basketball hosts Veterans Day Classic November 11

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (November 6, 2015) – Tallahassee Community College's women's basketball team will host its third annual Veterans Day Classic on Wednesday, November 11, an event that will again feature a mix of high school and collegiate action. 

Three games dot the afternoon slate, beginning at 1 p.m. when Florida High and Lincoln High School meet in JV girls action. 

The TCC women will host Fort Benning Military Academy at 3 p.m. in a game that will officially go down as a scrimmage. 

Then, at 5 p.m., Florida High and Lincoln will return to the floor in varsity girls action. 

General admission is $5. Veterans and their families will receive free admission. TCC students, faculty and staff will be admitted free with a valid TCC ID. Children 12 and under are admitted free.
