Coach Q on Washington-Polk: "Dai'Shona is a NJCAA (Division II) transfer who brings national tournament experience to the team from her freshman season at Owens. She averaged a double-double at Owens, so she has the potential to be an impact player."

2017-18 (at Owens Community College): Played in 31 games, starting 28 and averaging 26.1 mins/game…averaged 56.8% from the field and 34.4% from 3 and a season average of 16.4 PPG…in her collegiate debut against Schoolcraft College, she had 25 points (11.15.17)…the first of 7 double-double games this season came against Mott CC after scoring 26 and grabbing 11 rebounds (11.27.17)…the remaining double-double games were against Macomb CC (16 pts, 10 reb on 12.21.17), North Iowa Area CC (16 pts, 13 reb on 12.30.17), Edison CC (18 pts, 11 reb on 1.17.18), Lakeland CC (23 pts, 12 reb on 1.24.18), Sinclair CC (11 pts, 11 reb on 2.7.18), and Mesa CC (20 pts, 11 reb on 3.22.18)…she scored a career high 27 points and also throwing in 6 assists against Edison CC (2.14.18)…of the 31 games played this season, she scored in double digits in 29 of them…Named to the NJCAA All-America Second-Team roster (Division II) and the WBCA All-America First-Team…named the MVP of the team.

High School: Attended Canton Glen Oak High School where she garnered several accolades…In her senior season she was named to multiple teams, including; District IV, First-team, Federal League Player of the Year and First-Team, NE Inland First-Team, All-Ohio Second-Team and The Canton Repository First-team…she was selected to play in two all star games, including the Plain-Rotory All-Star game and the Kentucky vs Ohio All-Star game…In her junior season, she was named All-Ohio Third-team, NE Inland First-team, Federal League First-team, and District IV First-Team…as a sophomore she earned multiple honors, including being named to The Canton Repository Second-team,  New Inland HM, Federal League Second-team, and District IV First-team…In 2014-2015 the team won the Federal League and were District Runner-Ups.
