COVID-19 Response Plan

The Florida College System Activities Association's Council for Athletic Affairs has asked each of its NJCAA-participating institutions to develop and share a comprehensive COVID-19 response plan for on-campus events during the 2020-21 academic year. These plans address standards for the following: spectators, participants (staff and students), officials, game staff (i.e., score table, PA, etc.), athletic training, multi-team events and a summary of how the department will respond to a positive test and/or exposure to a postive test.

Tallahassee Community College Athletics' COVID-19 response plan is available for download on this site (see below). Prior to attending an athletics event hosted by Tallahassee Community College, student-athletes, coaches and fans should be familiar with the safety protocols in place.

Plans for other Region 8 member colleges are available on theFCSAAsports.com and parents, friends and other supporters of the Eagles should review those guidelines prior to travel.

Information is subject to change, and will be updated based on institutional protocol as well as requirements of local and state government and CDC guidelines.

How to watch the Eagles in 2021

Beginning February 25, TCC will begin allowing spectators to attend on-campus athletic events. While baseball and softball is less restrictive, spectators for basketball games will be limited to a max of 2 guests per student-athlete and coach, and 50 general admission seats for TCC students, faculty and staff only. No other general admission specatators will be allowed at this time.

TCC Athletics will continue to live stream as many events as possible at no cost on TCCeagles.com. In addition to TCCeagles.com, events can be streamed on Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV and Roku by downloading the Team1Sports app and searching for the Tallahassee Community College channel.

While the College can only support one live broadcast on dates with multiple home events, other events may be pushed into the platform for on-demand viewing.
