Bio

Elizabeth Pritchett joined the TCC Athletics staff as the head athletic trainer in June 2022.

Pritchett graduated with a master's degree in Health Studies with a concentration in Athletic Training from the University of Alabama in May 2022. While at Alabama, she served as a graduate assistant for intramural and club sports at the University of Alabama from 2020-22. There, she provided high-level healthcare for over 1,000 club athletes and 5,000 intramural participants during practices and games as well as coverage of peak hours for the recreational facility that serves a community of 38,000+ patrons. She was also responsible for organiozation and implementation of concussion baseline testing for high-risk club sport athletes. 

While at Alabama, Pritchett was also the athletic trainer for the Million Dollar Band, where she served over 400 band members during preseason, pratcices, parades, and football games. She advised and guided band members on best practices to prevent injuries and maximize conditioning and performance. 

Pritchett obtained her bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Purdue University in May 2020. As an undergraduate student, she worked with the athletic training staff in providing healthcare coverage to the following sports: men's and women's swimming and diving, football, women's basketball, volleyball, and soccer. She also provided assistance at NCAA Division III Wabash College, working with all sports.
