TCC Baseball’s home opener rained out; Ross to appear on Friday

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (February 6, 2014) – Tallahassee Community College's 2014 home baseball opener against Gordon (Ga.) State College, has been cancelled due to rain.

Tallahassee and Gordon State will play a scheduled doubleheader on Friday, however, first pitch has been moved up to 3 p.m. and the teams will play two nine-inning games.

Boston Red Sox catcher and World Series Champion David Ross will throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the start of Friday's game.
