#TCCBaseball’s Buckler recognized by Region 8

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (February 1, 2017) – Tallahassee Community College's Brooks Buckler was named NJCAA Region 8 Baseball Pitcher of the Week on Tuesday. 

Buckler, a sophomore from Norcoss, Ga., went 1-0 with a 0.00 ERA in one appearance during the voting period, which included all games played through Sunday, January 29. 

Buckler was the Eagles' opening day starter vs. Pasco-Hernando State and pitched five shutout innings, allowing no hits and no walks while striking out four to earn the victory.
