#TCCBaseball: Eagles blanked by Chipola

MARIANNA, Fla. (April 12, 2017) – Chipola College defeated Tallahassee Community College on Wednesday, 11-0 in five innings, in Panhandle Conference baseball action. 

Tallahassee (23-21) dropped its second straight game and sits at 8-10 in PC play with six games remaining. The next two games could go a long way in determining the Eagles' postseason fate. 

Gulf Coast State College (7-10) visits Eagle Field for a 5 p.m. game on Friday. The teams will play at 2 p.m. eastern on Saturday in Panama City. 

Chipola led 4-0 after one inning on Tuesday and never looked back. The Indians scored three runs in the second then, after a scoreless third, posted seven runs in the fourth to position themselves for the run-rule victory. 

Tallahassee managed just one hit on Wednesday. 

Hunter Shuff took the loss for the Eagles.
