Bio

Affectionately known as "The Dean," Jim Hage rejoined the Eagles' coaching staff in 2015 following a four-year hiatus. In addition to assisting with all aspects of in-game coaching, Hage, on game days, will return to his familiar post in the third base coach's box

Hage first joined the Eagles' coaching staff in 1997 after serving in a similar capacity at Tallahassee's North Florida Christian School. As a member of Mike McLeod's staff through the 2011 season, Hage became the "Dean of Assistant Coaches" in the Panhandle Conference.

Hage has enjoyed championships at both the high school and collegiate levels. At North Florida Christian, he was an assistant coach for its 1995 State Championship team. During his first tenure at TCC, he helped guide the Eagles to the Panhandle Conference Championship in 1999, 2004 and 2009.

A native of Lakeland, Fla., Hage attended Kathleen High School and later played baseball for the then-Polk Community College Vikings.
