MARIANNA, Fla. (February 23, 2021) – Tallahassee Community College's men's basketball team dropped an 82-60 decision at Chipola College on Tuesday evening.
Chipola scored the first basket of the game and never trailed, en route to evening the season series at a game apiece.
The Indians led 45-29 at the half behind 54.8 percent (17-of-31) shooting from the floor.
Jeremiah Kendall, named NJCAA Region 8 Player of the Week earlier in the day, led the Eagles with 17 points. El Ellis and Shawn Walker had 13 points each.
Tallahassee, now 10-2 overall, dropped to 4-2 in Panhandle Conference, one-half game behind the Indians.
The Eagles will host Northwest Florida State College at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
