#TCCSoftball falls at NWF State in PC finale

NICEVILLE, Fla. (April 13, 2017) – Tallahassee Community College dropped a pair of games to Northwest Florida State College on Thursday in the Panhandle Conference finale for both teams. 

The Raiders picked up an 8-0 win in game one and defeated the Eagles, 5-0, in game two. 

Tallahassee is now 21-23 on the season and finished the PC schedule at 5-15. 

The Eagles earned the conference's No. 4 seed and will advance to NJCAA District/FCSAA State Tournament in Vero Beach, Fla., April 28-30. 

Tallahassee, who has twice advanced to the national tournament as the PC's No. 4 seed – in 2008 and 2011 – will open postseason play against Suncoast Conference Champion Florida SouthWestern State College at 11 a.m., Friday, April 28. 

All games will take place at Historic Dodgertown.
