#TCCBasketball: Bradford paces Eagles in homecoming

MOBILE, Ala. (November 17, 2018) – Freshman guard Daisha Bradford scored a career-high 25 points to lead Tallahassee Community College to a 108-60 win at Bishop (Ala.) State Community College on Saturday.

Tallahassee is now 6-0 on the season.

Bradford, who was playing in her hometown of Mobile, Ala., enjoyed the best game of her young collegiate career. In addition to her career-day in the scoring column, she recorded three rebounds, five assists and five steals.

The host Wildcats played inspired ball early on, trailing the defending national champions by one point, 10-9, just shy of the midway point in the first quarter. But fifteen unanswered points over the next 2:30 increased Tallahassee's lead to 16 and the quarter ended with the Eagles in front, 38-15.

Tallahassee extended its lead to 63-27 at the half and 82-44 after three quarters.

Bradford put the Eagles over the century mark with a three-pointer at the 2:45 mark of the fourth, the team's fourth 100-point game of the season.

Four other players joined Bradford in double-figures for Tallahassee – De'Asia Reid had 13, Juliunn Redmond added 12, Victoria Pearce scored 11 and Tameria Johnson chipped in with 10.

Tallahassee will return to action on Tuesday when its hosts Santa Fe College at 5:30 p.m.
