2019: Was the top female runner at the Big Bend Cross Country Invitational, finishing in 21:26.10...was the top two-year runner at the VSU Border Clash, finishing 25th in a 5K PR time of 20:59.7...topped all college females at the TCC Eagle Invite, finishing the 5K in 21:36.32...lowered her PR by 55 seconds and was the team's top runner at the FSU Invitational, posting a 20:04.5...ran a 20:27.0, good for third place and spot on the All-State team at the FCSAA Championships...placed 67th at the NJCAA Championships and ran the second-fastest time among Region 8 participants, finishing in 20:31.
2018: Emerged as the Eagles' top runner during her freshman campaign...debuted at the Cougar XC Challenge and posted a 25:01.36...was the top two-year school runner at the Valdosta State Border Clash, finishing 26th overall with a time of 21:36.0...at the UNF Cross Country Invitational, she ran the 3K course in a school-record time of 12:10.25...finished second among females with a time of 22:52 at the Prefontaine Forest Run 5K...was the team's top finisher and crossed the stripe in fourth at the TCC Eagle Invite with a time of 22:52...in her final meet of the season, she ran a 21:00.1 in the 5K at the FCSAA Championships...ran the NJCAA Half Marathon and finished in 32nd with a time of 1:52.41...also ran the outdoor track season for the Eagles and qualified for the NJCAA Championships in the 1500m...posted a 4:57.01 in the 1500m at the Alice Coachman Invitational at Albany State University to qualify for the NJCAA Championships...ran a 5:23.56 in the 1500m at the NJCAA Championships to finish 25th in the nation...posted a 4.0 GPA for the year to earn NJCAA All-Academic First-team honors...was also recognized as all-academic by the FCSAA and Panhandle Conference for her participation in cross country and outdoor track...earned Scholar All-America honors from the NJCAA Cross Country Coaches Association and helped the women's cross country squad to team honors...helped the half marathon and outdoor track teams earn Honorable Mention academic honors from the NJCAA.
High School: Ran at Franklin County High School for coach Kati Morgan-Hathcock...teammate of Simon Hodgson, who runs for the Eagles' men's team...graduated as Franklin County's school-record holder in the 1600m, 3200m and 5K and was part of the school's record-setting 4x800 relay team in track...was team captain as a junior and senior.
