#TCCBaseball’s Nolan Daniel earns All-America honors

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (May 22, 2020) – Tallahassee Community College pitcher Nolan Daniel has been named Honorable Mention All-America by The JBB, the unofficial voice of Junior College Baseball. 

Daniel, a 6-foot-4-inch right-hander from Dublin, Ga., was in the midst of a stellar sophomore campaign when the COVID-19 pandemic ended the 2020 season on March 16. 

Though the NJCAA will not officially recognize 2020 statistical leaders in spring sports, Daniel led all of Region 8 and shared the NJCAA lead with six saves while posting a 1-0 record and 0.96 ERA in 14 appearances. In 18.2 innings, he allowed just 10 hits and six walks while striking out 27. 

Tallahassee had a record of 20-9 when the season was cancelled.
