2019: Debuted at the Big Bend Cross Country Invitational, running a 20:02.00...finished seventh at the TCC Eagle Invite, posting a time of 32:43.61...ran a 31:50.1, which was an 8K PR, and finished 21st at Albany State's Willie Laster Invitational...dropped his PR by 1:11, finishing with a time of 30:39.1 at the FSU Invitational...finished 28th at the FCSAA Championships with a time of 31:57...ran a 32:09 at the NJCAA Championships.

High School: Prepped at Wellington Community High School....ran both cross country and track...was team captain for both sports...lettered four years in track and three in cross country...received the Most Improved Runner Award two years in a row...set the school record in 4x800m relay, distance medley relay and sprint medley relay...received the Coaches Award in 2018...was a state qualifier in the 4x800m and open 400m.
