Brings unique experience as a veteran ultra-marathoner (events beyond the 26.2 mile marathon distance)...will likely anchor Tallahassee's team when it competes at the NJCAA half marathon championships...after initially attending TCC, transferred to State College of Florida before re-enrolling at TCC.
2016: Will go down as the Eagles' first runner to complete a cross country event, finishing in 23:27.31, establishing the school's record time in the 5k, and a team-high seventh-place finish at the Cougar XC Challenge...top female runner and 22nd overall at the Prefontaine Forest Run 5K with a time of 22:58 (-0:29)...finished second at the Chipola XC Invitational with a time of 21:01.38...lowered her previous best time by more than two minutes, finishing the FSU Invitational in 20:51.7, good for 28th place in the College Division...was the top female runner and seventh overall at the Run For Lawson 5K, finishing in 20:56.5...posted a time of 21:26.22 at the NJCAA Region 8/FCSAA State Cross Country Championship, finishing sixth and earning All-NJCAA Region 8/FCSAA All-State honors.
High School: Graduated from Sarasota Military Academy...ran for Coach Joe Collis...participated on the school's military decathlon team.
Personal: Record-setting runner in ultra marathons...course record holder for Croom Zoom (100 mile race) at 23 hours, 59 minutes...female course record holder for JW Corbett 50 mile race at 9 hours, 55 minutes...celebrates a September 16 birthday...daughter of Michelle Johnes and Sean Reilly...plans to major in sport management.
